There was a contest in my art class to create a painting from imagination with our only inspiration coming from a sample of instrumentals made by one of the music students. The playful build up of flutes and percussion reminded me of Jungle Book and I envisioned the scene taking place in an eccentric jungle with animals and people drawn to the warm music coming from the town. I intended for the landscape to appear inviting and intriguing to encourage viewers to dive into its world. This painting is the product of that vision, I hope you enjoy!
