Primary Combustion is an original acrylic painting created using a combination of three handmade brushes to create unique textures. The small, energetic brush strokes were made possible by an airplant attached to clay and crystals. The broad thick strokes were created with strips of t-shirts. Finally, a six-foot paintbrush crafted from a long stick and various suspended plant materials was used for additional textures. Part of a series with Midnight Play.
Can be hung horizontally or vertically! Each orientation brings a different energy and feeling to the space.

Primary Combustion
This piece was intended to hang in comfortable, indoor conditions. It is sealed with a clear matte varnish. To best preserve the piece, do not hang in direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or very dry/humid conditions.
The canvas is impressionable and can rip or dent. Do not allow any sharp or protruding objects to rest against the canvas.
