ABOUT THE EVENT

My newest mural, The Journey of Food and Pollinator Pathways will be unveiled at Lake Lorna Doone Park at a culminating event for the Orlando Art Pollination project. Also, view more creative art activations such as a art by Juan Chávez, community quilt installation by Emily Johnson, Flower Installation by Ha'Ani Hogan, and spoken word performance by Shawn Welcome. Join me and 19 other artists in helping raise awareness about food insecurities in Central Florida and support food justice for our communities.

RSVP Link TBD!

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The City of Orlando was awarded a $1 million grant through the Bloomberg Philanthropies Public Art Challenge, which brings together mayors, residents, and artists to develop innovative, temporary public art projects that address important civic issues in their communities.

The city’s project - Art Pollination: Building Food Justice through Creativity – will leverage temporary art installations as a vehicle to raise awareness…
