Flow{er}s Solo Exhibition

I am excited to share that my very first solo show, 'Flow{er}s' opens at the CityArts Gallery on August 20 from 6-9pm!

Flow[er]s explores the visceral journey of self-discovery and growth through transformation. Flows and flowers illustrate the main narrative within this body of work. By surrendering to flowstate throughout chapters of life, we create space to embrace the unexpected blooms and oscillating nature of existence. 

In varying levels of metaphor, this exhibition celebrates the intimate power, beauty, and wonder of every stage within the cyclical experience of healing. Parts of this collection were inspired by emotions, using intentional color and movement to represent a feeling. Other artworks utilize symbolism from nature, such as an underground seed blossoming to a flower or a phoenix rising from ashes. This illustrates how dark or difficult times often catalyze our next stages of flourishing.
